local training "local training" means a training which shall at any one time be for a continuous period of two hours or up to seventy two hours, and in respect of a non-specialist member: (a) serving in a technical unit, such periods shall not exceed three hundred and sixty hours in one year; and (b) serving in a non-technical unit, such periods shall not exceed two hundred and forty hours in one year;
